Privacy

Spartan Antivirus is built to keep your data on your computer.

• Your files never leave your PC. Scanning, real-time protection and behavioural detection all run locally. Spartan sends no telemetry.
• Activation. When you start a trial, activate or renew, the app sends an anonymous computer ID (a one-way hash, not your name or hardware serial) so a key is only used on the PCs it covers.
• Purchases. We store your email, name, company (if given), order reference and the PCs your key covers, to deliver and support your licence. Payments are processed by Paystack; we never see or store card details.
• On this website we use no tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Your browser stores your email and any referral code locally, only to save you typing. We count downloads per day, without recording who downloaded.
• Your rights. Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your data. We keep purchase records as long as the law requires for accounting.

Terms of sale

• A licence lets you use Spartan Antivirus on the number of PCs you bought, for one year from the day you first activate it. Renewing adds a year.
• Prices are shown in naira (₦) for buyers in Nigeria and in US dollars ($) everywhere else, and include the full product: there are no paid add-ons. You can choose either currency at checkout; your card issuer may convert the amount to your own currency.
• A key is for your own household or organisation. Reselling requires a partner agreement.
• No security product can stop every threat. Keep backups of important files; Spartan's document vault helps, but is not a substitute for a backup.
• We may revoke a key that was obtained fraudulently, charged back or shared beyond its PCs.

Refunds

If Spartan isn't right for you, email [email protected] with your order reference within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The key is deactivated when the refund is issued. Refunds are paid back through Paystack to the original payment method.
